Sounds nice.  Good luck finding a Mitsu dealer, though.

Nothing very exciting with this car, I don't have anything bad to say about it ... it's an average car.  I know someone who bought one (22 y/o girl) ... I think she got sucked in by the Evo "reputation" of the Lancer.  I'm still wondering if it's a good idea to buy a car from a dealership that probably won't exist in a few years.  :o

No Mitsu other than the Evo has ever stirred more than a yawn in me, and the Evo is not my type of car. I would definitely go with the STi if I were in that type of market.

What is a car with average performance, average styling, average (or below average) interior, average fuel economy, average reliabilty (or maybe a bit higher than average), average (at best) dealerships and average prices? An average car, of course. Only good thing with Mitsus is their warranty, but even that isn't worth much when/if the company folds their Canada operations in 5 or 6 years...

Overall, meh!

The styling and interior are a mild improvement. I'm still indifferent towards this car. I'm with AVT though. I can't stop yawning when I look at it...

No reason to go to Mitsu at all. It's rather a nothing franchise and sells just so-so around here.  :P

I think he left when he realized that he could not find many (any?) converts.  ??? ;D

... I can't talk to someone who represents a brand that doesn't even have a dealership here!

Anyway the interior of this Mitsu looks dated. I'm sure the car is fine, but they could do much better.  Evo better.  Nothing else interests me.

Is that the six-disc changer below the main console?  Tacky...

I guess the only reason you buy a Mitsubishi Lancer is because nobody else drives a Mitsubishi Lancer.  Get it in bright yellow or red and it wouldn't look too bad, I imagine.

Well I have to say my Mitsubishi brand VCR is still a nice unit after all these years when Mitsu stopped producing appliances in Canada.  ;D

Dear Ms. McIntosh,

I Read your review of the Lancer Ralliart.  Please let me know when they plan to convert to Chain timing technology.  One other item,  what was the RPM @ 100km/h?.  When I tried the model last November the ratio (I think it was a 2005 Lancer RA) was revving @ 2500.  It has way more than enough torque to run 2000 @ 100km/h.

I really liked the car but these two items are keeping me from spending my money.
